Meet the Team

Igor Mateski, Director of Web Marketing and Research

Igor in a nutshell:

Analytical, avid learner, leads by compassion, interdisciplinary, business ethics fanatic, addicted to Psychology and The Web, crafty with words.

What this means for your business: Igor’s analytical mind, the wide interdisciplinary and thorough “let’s research this” approach, will get you the ideal web presence strategy for maximum ROI.

You’re right in saying that there are tons of people who can do market research, competitor analysis, brand persona development etc. There are tons of teams with people focused on each task individually:

  • Solid Market Research
  • SWOT Competitors Analysis
  • Brand Persona Development
  • User-Centered Conversion Optimization
  • SEO Copywriting
  • On-Site SEO
  • Keyword Research
  • WordPress Optimization and Development

But achieving competitive advantage on the Web cannot be achieved by following Best Practices and piling up results of individual tasks. Igor’s unique approach will help you position your business for Competitive Advantage.

It is very difficult to find a person that can simultaneously see things from various perspectives like Information Architecture, Search Patterns and motivational triggers in content on the web. Igor does this by default.

Sometimes this gets on our nerves, because he raises issues we’d never think of, but this is where Igor goes a lot further than the extra mile. His integrated approach to Research, Development and Communication Style results in feature-rich web presence that is memorable, competitive and unique:

  • Conversion-Oriented Wireframe Mockups
  • User-Centered Content Development
  • Social Profile Development
  • Unique Brand Persona
  • Maximum ROI

When not directly immersed in analytics, research or writing, Igor spends time with his wife and friends. Also, he regularly reads tons of stuff on psychology, philosophy, science and religion, and as of recently spends time with his new puppy. You can also see him sipping a macchiato for hours in some of the local cafes overlooking the Ohrid lake.

Nikola Malezanoski, Head of eCommerce Development

Nikola in a nutshell: Plan before you code, write elegant code, rapid code prototyping, structured thinker, standardize as much as possible.

Nikola is an interesting character. Ever since high school he got into trouble with his Computing Machines and Programming professor because he already knew Pascal. He went to study Physics, did three years of undergrad work… and decided to drop out and do coding instead. Sounds familiar?

Since then, back in the previous millennium, he worked as a programmer and has developed tons of applications spanning from accounting apps to warehouse management software, and in this millennium he adopted the touch technology and developed a touch screen info kiosks, a government-sponsored project.

Also decided to take his coding experience (that spans over two millennia) and apply it to ecommerce development. He’s worked on several very large development projects and the outcome is ecommerce sites that have close to

  • Thousands of products,
  • pricing tiers,
  • adaptive distributer discounts,
  • simple product editing,
  • invoicing

to name just a few.

In his spare time, Nikola loves spending time with his family and friends, and also does scuba diving in the Ohrid lake.

Sasho Markoski, Head of Web Development

Sasho in a nutshell: CSS rules. JQuery rules. PHP is the language of the future, it has been for decades now. Yeah I can speak Android and iOS. I can’t do Shakespeare in DotNet, but I can definitely make things work.

Sasho is a young guy who’s crazily in love with anything computer-related that’s relatively new. So, as one of his obsessions, he’s always on the lookout for some upgrades, new technology or new ways to solve old problems.

As a result of this, we’re confident that whatever he puts in code is the latest fashion in

  • HTML5
  • CSS
  • JQuary
  • Androdid
  • iOS

In a sense, Sasho is our local version of The Stig (BBC’s Top Gear car show). He’s not much of a talker, but when he’s in coding mode, he gets things done super fast and super elegantly.

He works closely with Nikola and makes sure that there is not a single dot in the code that’s redundant. This is why our websites and mobile apps work very, very fast. There’s a joke in the office, that if we let Sasho off the hook he’d draw Mona Lisa in CSS.

When he’s not obsessing with new technology and streamlining code, Sasho enjoys macchiato, Turkish tea, and loves scrambled eggs and smoked sausages.
